Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

Hey Babe! We want you to absolutely LOVE your Wild Isles Swim pieces as much as we do,  However, if you aren’t satisfied with your order please familiarize yourself with our return and exchange policy and then click: HERE to begin a return or exchange. 

Please review our size chart or consult with our customer service team about sizing before placing your order to guarantee the best fit for you. You can contact our team with sizing questions at hello@wildislesswim.com. 

Each swimwear order is eligible for ONE FREE exchange. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from when your package is received. 

In order for our team to accept your return, your order must meet the following criteria: 

  • All swimwear must be returned in original packaging. Clearly worn, washed or unsanitary items will not be accepted. 
  • If your return is determined to be stained or worn your order will not be accepted for a return or store credit. They will be returned to the sender at your expense. 
  • All swim bottoms must still include the original panty liner & original tags. 
  • We do not accept returns of ANY sale items. No exceptions. 
  • By purchasing a sale item, you understand you're receiving it at a significant discount — often below the cost of production. These pieces are offered at special pricing to clear inventory, and we are unable to accept them back.
  • Please note: We’re a small but mighty team. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it is delivered to our warehouse. 
  • Please also allow 7-10 business days for your refund to reflect in your banking account. 

We will not make any exceptions to our return or exchange policy— even if you email. 

Warranty Policy

At Wild Isles, we stand behind the quality of our swimwear. That’s why we offer a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery on all full-price items.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship 

What’s Not Covered:

  • Tears, snags, or small rips to the fabric that occur after wear
  • Missing pieces (including ties, or padding) after delivery
  • Any damage caused by improper care, washing, or misuse — such as chlorine stains. 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

We’re a small team and truly appreciate your care and understanding as we work to create long-lasting swimwear you’ll love.

Shipping & Delivery

Wild Isles is not responsible for delivery errors resulting from a wrong or incomplete address being provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order — once a package leaves our hands, we cannot reroute or replace items sent to an incorrect address.

If your order is returned to us due to an address issue, we’re happy to reship it to the correct address, but additional shipping fees will apply.

International Returns

For all customers outside the United States follow the steps below to receive your refund.

  1. Package your items with the original invoice from your order.
  2. Ship your package using your preferred shipping method to the following address:

3. You'll receive an email notification when your refund has been issued. Returns are processed as soon as receive them back at Wild Isles HQ, please allow 7-10 days to process your refund from when you put it in the mail. You will receive a confirmation email with your refund details.

International Exchanges

We cannot support International exchanges at this time. Please return your items and place a new order.

Our return policy

All swimwear in new condition is available for returns and exchanges within 14 days.

How it Works

Step 1

You'll receive a prepaid return label for your return or exchange. In most locations, you can simply pop this back in your mailbox and USPS will pick it up as regular mail.

Step 2

If you are doing an exchange, once the package is scanned into USPS with a status as "in transit" we send out your exchange item. So the faster you get it in the mail, the faster your new item will reach you.

Step 3

When we receive your item(s) we'll process your refund. We try our best to do this within 2 days of receiving returns but please allow 5-10 days for processing.
