Our Story

Hi! I’m Alyssa — founder of Wild Isles Swim, designer, copywriter, customer service gal, social media girlie, AND yes… that’s me in all the photos. 😅

Back in 2019, my bestie Laura and I launched Wild Isles out of Minneapolis with one mission: make swimsuits that actually fit women with bigger busts. As a 34DDD with a background in apparel design, I was so over gaping cups, painful straps, and styles that felt like an afterthought. So we said, screw it — let’s build something better.

Laura has since moved on to a new adventure, but she played a huge role in getting Wild Isles off the ground. And today, I’m still here pouring my heart (and boobs) into every single piece.

All of our swimwear is made ethically and sustainably in the USA, in small batches, by women. We keep it intentional, we keep it inclusive, and we keep it real.
